Refurbishment of the house and thatched barn plus construction of a Garden room. The works consisted of:

• Cellar construction (including underpinning the existing building)

• A new two storey extension on the side of an existing Grade II listed building

• Completely refreshed the house including new windows

• Underfloor heating throughout and a wine cellar installed in the basement.

The construction of a Garden room which included a bar.

Refurbishment of an existing listed barn into an annexe for visitors.
