Refurbishment of a Victorian, Grade II listed building. The work included:

• Repainting and decoration of the hall, playroom, kitchen and music room

• Installation of bespoke bookcase to Reception, Wardrobe to Main Bedroom and Wardrobe to Music Room

• Relay floor in the utility room

• Supply architrave to windows

• Marshall slate paving at the front

• Front door ironmongery

• Decorate external stone cills

• French polish the staircase

• New bricklayer work to the front of the house
